What if I have more than 40 Hours? Can the extra hours be applied towards my next Re-Certification?
No. Hours must be earned within the 5 year period, they cannot be saved for a future Re-cert. If you are scheduled to Re-Certify in 2009, only courses taken between 2004 and 2009 count. When you re-certify again in 2014 only courses taken between 2009-2014 will be considered.
